Described as being haunting and memorable, The Vanity Project have been creating huge inroads on the North West music scene since forming in early 2011.

The trio began writing collectively and playing gigs in and around Manchester recording their first demo in June 2011.

This year the band have gone from strength to strength writing new material and experimenting with new inventive sounds to craft their original blend of indie folk music.

March 2012 saw the band record their Debut EP (Time Stands Still) produced by The Earlies brothers Christian and Nicky Madden. Christian also features on the EP playing Organ, Fender Rhodes and Synth.

The Vanity Project have recently recieved their first play on BBC Introducing Manchester with a brand new song from the EP 'What Really Matters'
